Bruce Cam is the Service Delivery Manager for Systemethix Australia. Bruce ensures that our products and services are delivered seamlessly to our clients. His prime focus is ensuring services are delivered as per the Statement of Work, on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
Bruce is responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during project delivery. He works closely with IT teams and other support staff to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Bruce monitors Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for managed contracts, ensuring high levels of service are met or customer expectations exceeded.
Bruce has spent the majority of his work life as an Infrastructure Project Manager. He has developed a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery. He has a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service experience. He is passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions.
Outside of work Bruce likes the great outdoors - 4WDing, scuba diving, paragliding, mountain biking and sailing. He likes to spend as much time as possible with his two children supporting them in their music and ice skating.
